Two measurements are enough. Measure on bare skin, without pulling the tape tight.
How to measure
- Waist: at the narrowest point of the torso.
- Chest: at the fullest point, tape lying loosely, breathing normally.
For underwear, swimwear, trousers and shorts the waist value applies. For tops and harnesses the chest measurement applies.

What to know about the cuts
ADDICTED is cut close to the body. If you are between two sizes, or prefer more comfort, take the larger one.
Push-up and moulded models change the shape, not the size: the pouch is pre-formed, the rest stays the same. So you need the same number as in your usual model.
ADDICTED or ES Collection?
Both brands use the same letter sizing — from XS to 5XL. If you wear L in ADDICTED, you are also an L in ES Collection.
Between two sizes
- Underwear and jockstraps: the larger number — a waistband that is too tight cuts in and rolls.
- Swimwear: the larger one as well, if you want to wear it low.
- Shirts and tank tops: the smaller one for the body-hugging look, the larger one if the fabric should not pull across the chest.
How the fabric affects fit
Cotton with elastane gives slightly as you wear it and returns to shape in the wash. Pure polyamide and polyester (swimwear, mesh) stretch less permanently. Rib and knit qualities look narrower on the shelf but give considerably in circumference.
If the size does not fit
For hygiene reasons we can only take back underwear and swimwear unworn and with the hygiene strip intact — so try them on over your own underwear. If you have a sizing question, write to us beforehand.
All measurements are taken from the official manufacturer size charts (ADDICTED). ES Collection uses the same letter sizing.
